Refund policy
Fees are paid monthly in advance and are not refundable once work starts. Refunds apply only in the cases below.
Why fees are non-refundable
Your first dashboard is free, so you see the quality of the work before paying anything.
Before work starts
You may cancel within 3 days of your first payment if you have not yet sent us your data. Work starts when you send your data; from then on the fee is not refundable.
After work starts
No refund is given for a month whose work has started, including for disagreement with findings, format or recommendations.
If a report contains an error in our work, we correct it free of charge. We fix errors; we do not refund them.
If we don't deliver
If we do not deliver a paid month's report at all, we refund that month.
Duplicate payments
Refunded.
Cancelling
Email us with 30 days' notice. We deliver every month already paid for and send no further payment requests.
How refunds are paid
Through Payoneer to the original payer within 10 working days of approval. Payment-platform fees are not refundable.
